Your milestones
Make a beginning that feels like you.
Move through five gentle steps. Keep the traditions that are meaningful to you, and pair your intention with something you can do.
Write a Sankalp you can practise.
Let your wish name what matters. Then connect it to an ordinary moment and a small action within your control.
Plant the card. Keep the intention.
The WishBeej card concept holds a prepared cow-dung and cow-urine layer between biodegradable paper. Write your wish, then place the card in your pot according to the supplied planting instructions.
Use only a processed, planter-safe card; do not add raw dung or urine. Breakdown depends on the material and conditions. Your written intention is a symbol of commitment, not something the plant takes up as a wish.
WRITE · PLACE · NURTURE
A sacred beginning. Attentive care.
Ganga jal can have a place in your opening ritual for its sacred significance. It is optional; it is not a promise of better growth or a substitute for plant-specific care.
For routine irrigation, use clean water suitable for your plant. Follow its light, soil and watering guidance. Check the plant’s needs before watering—observing it is also care.
A minute, just for this moment.
You may light a diya with pure cow ghee as a symbol of attention and a fresh beginning. A quiet, unlit pause is equally welcome.
If using a diya, keep it on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from paper and leaves. Stay with the flame and extinguish it safely before leaving. The timer is simply a pause, not a flame reminder.
Settle comfortably, look at your plant and recall the small action you chose. No special breathing pattern is needed.
Optional. Continue whenever you are ready.
Take the next small step.
Care for your plant according to its needs. Do one practical thing for your chosen intention. Then leave yourself a short reflection.
A plant cannot guarantee a job, relationship, wealth or healing. Your care, choices and real-world effort give this practice its meaning.
A reminder, at your pace.
